Shipping
The products from Switchparts will be shipped out with our preferred carriers: UPS, FedEx or DHL. It may be possible to make alternate arrangements - please contact us if this is required. Unless otherwise indicated, all orders will ship within one business day of us receiving order confirmation. For first time customers we request that you pay in advance, before we send out the order. For repeat customers, we may be able to offer terms - please ask us about this.
Shipments will be sent out at 3:00PM (UTC +1) each business day.
Unforeseen global circumstances can cause shipping delays to all international packages. In these situations we will continue to provide tracking numbers for all orders, and our account managers will make you aware of any known delays at the point of order where possible.
